Ladies, I highly recommend seeing a psychiatrist for your “brain” medication. Primary Care Physicians shouldn’t be prescribing mental health medications. I also suggest getting genetic testing done. It will help find the right medication for you. I spent years on citalopram and lorazepam. While they worked to treat the symptoms, I felt numb most of the time. After genetic testing I found that both meds were not recommended. Now I’m on meds that work with my genetic makeup. And I feel amazing.

I'm on Lexapro and Adderall (but I didn't take it that day) and I set up for 6 hours at an outdoor flea market last week. I was in the shade and I thought I was decently hydrated, but I ended up getting so sick with my legs and feet cramping up so bad I couldn't walk and I was nauseated. Be careful out there!
